An individual who, for the most part, is vegan (probably a good 90%), but on special occasions and in simply irresistible circumstances will cheat a little.
Some fun facts about me:
• My favorite pizzas used to be the meat lover's special
• I went on a foie gras binge the week before it was banned in LA and had it 4 out of the 5 days of the week
• I could probably eat an entire block of aged cheddar in one sitting without much concerted effort
Needless to say, this hasn't been an easy transition for me and I've definitely had my share of hiccups along the way. But ever the foodie, I've made it my goal to scour the city and the interwebz for the yummiest vegan and vegetarian treats to satisfy this once-carnivorous appetite of mine. Come hop on this caravan and experience with me this journey toward a healthier (and no less tastier) life.
